Mr. Batefegué Sanogo, Director General of Public Accounting and the Treasury, along with Mr. Andry Rajaofetra, Director General of Public Accounting and Taxation (DGTCP) of Madagascar, gave us a very insightful presentation by his teams on the organization and strategic plan of the Ivorian DGTCP.
It was also an opportunity to meet Mr. Sié Abou Outtara, Director General of Taxation, along with Samia Abdelghani from the OECD, Ms. Mireille Koizan, and numerous colleagues from the Ivorian DGI.
